How do I pay?
Calyx uses the x402 protocol. When your agent makes a request, it receives an HTTP 402 response with payment instructions. Your agent constructs a signed USDC authorization and retries the request with an X-PAYMENT header. See the docs for full details.
Do I need an account?
No. Payments are pseudonymous and tied to your wallet address. There is no sign-up, no email, and no API key. Your agent just needs a funded wallet on Base L2 with USDC.
What chains are supported?
Base L2 is the primary network. Arbitrum and Polygon support is planned for a future release.
